Keith arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He went right to work performing a thorough inspection of the roof both outside on the roof (he has an amazing expandable ladder) and inside the attic. The hammering on the roof sounded like the most orchestrated symphony — my ears told me they knew exactly what they were doing. They had the job completed before I was even wanting to be done listening to the hammer-music — and on the way out they were sweeping up places outside around back that I didn’t even know existed.
