He went right to work performing a thorough inspection of the roof both outside on the roof (he has an amazing expandable ladder) and inside the attic. James Chris Wingeier II2024-04-04To summarize: BluSky was fast, efficient, clean, professional, reasonably priced, and willing to back their work. To elaborate: their representative Joel Saffel is incredibly professional (the type to never forget to get back with you), intelligent (he knows more than his share of stuff and won’t miss a thing), and kind (never saw him with much less than a big smile). So once their crew showed up and displayed similar qualities we were not at all surprised. The hammering on the roof sounded like the most orchestrated symphony — my ears told me they knew exactly what they were doing. Small faux pas made right, they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They had the job completed before I was even wanting to be done listening to the hammer-music — and on the way out they were sweeping up places outside around back that I didn’t even know existed. Roof looks and functions great, we had them back to do the siding with an equally great experience! Thank you so much BluSky!

During this effort, a video was required for further explanation regarding the removal and installation of a roof section. Joel promptly stepped up to meet this request as well.
